ZX Field Pro
The ZX Field Pro App is designed to help guide the technician during the installation and troubleshooting processes of Emerson’s family of ZX units. The ZX Field Pro app will include all ZX products (ZX, ZXB, ZXL and ZXD). To use the application, relevant inputs will be requested throughout the process to help the user identify any potential issue that could exist and provide useful suggestions for remedy to be considered in successful commissioning or servicing of condensing units.
The mobile app aims to focus on delivering exceptional product interaction for contractors where:
Condensing unit serial numbers serviced or newly installed are registered
Installation and commissioning guide available for contractors to help establish a reliable installation
Handy troubleshooting guide for alarm codes encountered by contractors
Ready reference for best practices (for installing/commissioning/servicing units) for field contractors
Report manager that accounts all the saved installation/commissioning/troubleshooting activities made by the app user/field contractor
